Client is looking for an experienced Manhattan OMS Consultant with expertise in Manhattan Active Omni Suite- OMS, POS, and Inventory.

Responsibilities
- End-to-end Supply Chain Program Management and Solution architecture of Manhattan Order Management System
- Deploy, Implement, Integrate Manhattan OMS
- Deployment of Manhattan SDNs/patches in production
- Customer communication and should have managed large scale Supply Chain Implementation Programs
- Escalation management and have detailed understanding of SOW driven program delivery.
- Ability to manage project send to end with minimal guidance
- Incident Management in Provided SLA.
- Represent OMS team from BBB offshore on deployment as well as P1/P2 bridges
- Maintenance of Manhattan production Application server.
- Implementing configuration changes for Manhattan WMOS and DOM in DEV, CERT environments and testing and implementing in Production once testing is passed.
- MIFEE app server restart, Manhattan DOM App server restart, IP/MDA servers.
- Implementing configuration changes in Manhattan DOM Allocation Templates, Zones setup, Transit Lanes, Path Sets, Service Level, adding or deleting facilities.
- Analyzing Root Cause Issue and providing Details to Manhattan Team to fix
Qualifications
- Expertise in Order management Systems, Incident Analysis, Proficient in Manhattan OMS.
- Proficient with Development Tools like Eclipse, SQL Developer, Notepad++
- Experience with Development/Defect Tracking Tools like Jira.
- Strong Knowledge on Resolving In Incident Management.
- Good understanding of SQL
- Techno Functional Production Support.
