Client is looking for a Salesforce Admin, who will be responsible for setting up, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud. You will have an advanced understanding of sales and marketing operations and understanding of frameworks for design, build and release of Salesforce solutions and capabilities. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to support and extend the Salesforce application.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement best practices for technical analysis, design, development, testing and implementing solutions/applications with necessary customizations and integrations
- Define the standards for monitoring the overall health of operational processes and underlying systems with reports, dashboards, queries, and other relevant tools
- Build, customize, and supports objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.), workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Custom development on the Salesforce Platform with a strong preference for native functionality, declarative automations, and Lightning components
- Develop data quality standards and strategies to promote data cleanliness and correct data-related issues and support data migrations with merges, deletes, updates and inserts
- Create, modify, and maintain documentation on Salesforce solutions and related business processes
- Provide training to end users and demos of sprint work to business stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience installing and managing Salesforce AppExchange applications
- Understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of the Salesforce application
- Experience with cloud data maintenance applications such Demand Tools, Cloudingo or similar
- Experience with marketing tools such as Pardot or Marketo and their use with Salesforce
- Experience with integration and DevOps tools such as TIBCO, Boomi, Copado or Gearset
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methods
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
- Understanding of how Apex code works, although you will not be writing code
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
