The Ask?   Client is looking for a Certified ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with relevant experience in Platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical Support. Must be Certified.

Qualifications
  • Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow FSO platform
  • Configure ServiceNow CSM Modules workflows applications scripts and integrations
  • Document technical design development processes and solution configurations
  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve scalability
  • Develop ServiceNow CSM configurations including CSM data model setup PA enablement Commercial and Servicing Lines for Insurance workflow development etc
  • Build multiple CSM related features including advanced work assignment enablement configurations around reports dashboards etc
  • Document CSM development configuration and technical details prepare training material
  • Lead customer discussions demos and participate in customers engineers configuration reviews
  • Conduct workshops on development showcase and show and tell of developed product
  • Certified System Administrator
