Client is looking for Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).

Responsibilities
Work closely with Stakeholders to understand their technical needs and challenges, gather business requirements and processes.
- Assist project managers with creating custom training needs for various types of operational teams supporting various technical disciplines
- Review developed solutions and assist with performance optimization by developing solutions based on user experience
- Assist a team of project managers and application developers with proposals to migrate tools and processes into ServiceNow modules and applications
- Regularly meet with application development team to provide technical expertise for implementation of blueprints
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, business requirements, and processes
- Create solutions and ServiceNow blueprints
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate them for the development teams
- Responsible for facilitating and managing the successful adoptions
- Identify best practices for implementing customized needs of internal clients
Skills/Experience
- Limited experience at consultancy preferred;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Keen eye for spotting data trends;

- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to understand and breakdown complex systems
