Client is looking for Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).

Responsibilities

Work closely with Stakeholders to understand their technical needs and challenges, gather business requirements and processes.

  • Assist project managers with creating custom training needs for various types of operational teams supporting various technical disciplines
  • Review developed solutions and assist with performance optimization by developing solutions based on user experience
  • Assist a team of project managers and application developers with proposals to migrate tools and processes into ServiceNow modules and applications
  • Regularly meet with application development team to provide technical expertise for implementation of blueprints
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, business requirements, and processes
  • Create solutions and ServiceNow blueprints
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate them for the development teams
  • Responsible for facilitating and managing the successful adoptions
  • Identify best practices for implementing customized needs of internal clients

Skills/Experience

  • Limited experience at consultancy preferred;
  • Great interpersonal communication skills;
  • Keen eye for spotting data trends;
  • Great analytical skills;
  • A keen grasp of information technology;
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to understand and breakdown complex systems
  • Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
