Client is seeking an experienced BluePrism Developer / Architect with expertise in Causal AI Techniques.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals, and expectations for Causal AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement Causal AI architectures, models, and solutions that meet customer needs and align with industry best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including data engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end AI projects.
- Lead the decision-making process for technical and architectural choices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear, understandable language.
- Provide expert guidance and advice as a consultant to help customers maximize the value of their Causal AI investments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Causal AI models, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize solutions.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Causal AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into the team's work.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in adopting Causal AI technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role or in a role requiring close collaboration with clients.
- Familiarity with Databricks, ML Flow, Driver H20, and Azure cloud ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in Causal AI techniques, such as DAGs, Bayesian Networks, and interventions/counterfactuals.
- Proficiency in popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SHAP, causalnex, showwhy/causicia, and scikit-learn.
- Experience in building RPA solutions using Blueprism
- Designed, developed, and tested Bots using Blueprism as per the requirement and design documents
- Experience in maintaining, securing, and retrieving user credentials
- Worked with database technology like Microsoft SQL server/Oracle
- Proficient in all phases of SDLC such as Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance
- Experienced in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Development Environment
- Experience in orchestration for deployment, monitoring and management of Blueprism BOTs
- Experience in creating process flows using Process Studio, Object Studio and Control room in Blue Prism
- Experience in managing robot workloads using work queues
- Expertise in using application modeler, Spy modes and attributes
- A master's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
